Gamez Law Firm, a successful personal injury law firm has an opportunity for a Bilingual Intake Specialist. We are looking for a highly detailed oriented and organized personality that can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This position is full-time, in-office, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

- Interview prospective clients in-person, by phone and email
- Provide consistent, unparalleled customer service
- Conduct basic research to investigate clients’ claims have merit
- Complete intake process with potential clients in person and/or via phone/video
- Perform follow-up calls/emails/texts to potential clients
- Prepare and send accurate and complete intake paperwork to an attorney for review
- Relay decision to decline potential clients if case has been rejected by Intake Specialist or Attorney
- Maintain meticulous records in firm software program
- Perform administrative or other duties in-office as assigned
Qualifications:
- Spanish Bilingual - fluent
- Ability to be personable and connect with future clients
- Effective communication and written skills
- One or more years’ experience performing intakes for a personal injury law firm preferred
- Ability to work non-traditional hours on occasion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Internet, Google, etc.
- Basic knowledge of legal terminology, intake processes and best practices.
Compensation: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
